I found the hotel to be very clean and the staff friendly. However, the breakfast wasn't included as expected.

The room was large and clean, nicely decorated with a big TV; however, there was a massive dark stain on the carpet that made me wonder what it was. The location was excellent, close to an Outback Steakhouse for convenience, but the minimum assistance provided felt inadequate. The dining experience was good with hot, fresh food and Starbucks coffee. The facilities were up to standard.
